    • Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books Implementation: We first analyzed Loza World's existing processes for managing inventory and financial reporting. After understanding their pain points, we configured Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books to their specific requirements. We set up their inventory, mapped the SKUs, and integrated their e-commerce platforms. With Zoho Books, we automated their financial reporting, including generating invoices, recording expenses, and reconciling bank accounts.

    • Integration with Shipping and Logistics Providers: We integrated VOO and FedEx into Loza World's systems to streamline their shipping and logistics processes. This integration enabled our client to track and manage their shipments from a centralized location, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to their customers. We configured the systems to automatically update the order status, generate shipping labels, and track deliveries.

    • Integration with Shopify and Woo-commerce: As part of our implementation for LozaWorld, we integrated Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books with their e-commerce platforms, Shopify and Woo-commerce. This allowed our client to manage their inventory, track orders, and automate their financial reporting, all in one centralized location. We first connected Shopify and Woo-commerce to Zoho Inventory and synced the data between them. Then, we configured the settings and mapped the fields to ensure accurate and timely updates. This integration provided LozaWorld with a streamlined and efficient process for managing their e-commerce operations, ultimately improving their overall business performance.
    • PayTabs Integration: To facilitate online payments and transactions, we activated PayTabs in Zoho Inventory.
