Global Visa– Case Study

    Executive Summary

    Global Visa is a visa center consultation company that provides technical analysis for clients' visa applications to Europe and America. They have a thorough understanding of the visa application process, embassy requirements, and regulations related to travel in the Schengen Area. Their services include helping clients with the preparation of visa application documents and providing recommendations on missing documents or corrections required to ensure successful visa applications.

    The Challenge

    One of the challenges that we faced in the Global Visa case study was developing a technical analysis application that could effectively analyze visa application documents submitted by clients. This required us to have a deep understanding of the visa application process, embassy requirements, and the regulations surrounding travel in the Schengen Area. Additionally, we needed to create a system that could automatically identify missing documents or errors in the client's application and provide recommendations on how to rectify them.

    Another challenge was integrating Sales IQ with various social media platforms and other sources to generate leads for Global Visa. This required us to create a unified system that could track and analyze the behavior of visitors to the Global Visa website and provide valuable insights to the sales team. We also needed to ensure that the system was easy to use and provided the sales team with all the information they needed to convert leads into clients.

    Finally, we faced the challenge of generating reports on the performance of the sales team and the technical analysis process using Zoho Analytics. This required us to create custom reports that included key metrics such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and time to close deals. We needed to ensure that these reports were easy to understand and provided valuable insights into the effectiveness of the sales process, enabling the client to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

    Implementation

    Based on the challenge, the implementation was, for the most part, pretty straightforward, to automate 

    Global Visa systems.

    In the Global Visa case study, we implemented four Zoho products to help the company streamline their sales process and improve their technical analysis capabilities.

    Simple CRM: We set up the Simple CRM system to manage leads, deals, and contracts. The leads generated from Sales IQ were added to the CRM, and the sales team used the system to track their progress through the sales funnel. The deals were associated with specific clients, and the contracts were created and managed within the system.

    Creator Application for technical Analysis: We created a Creator Application to perform technical analysis for the clients' visa applications. Clients were able to submit their visa application documents through the application, and the system automatically performed an analysis to ensure that all required documents were present and correct. The application also provided recommendations on any missing documents or corrections required.


    Sales IQ: We implemented Sales IQ to unify social media platforms and other sources to generate leads for Global Visa. The system tracked and analyzed the behavior of visitors to the Global Visa website and provided valuable insights to the sales team.

    Zoho Analytics: We used Zoho Analytics to generate reports on the performance of the sales team and the technical analysis process. The reports included key metrics such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and time to close deals.     The implementation of Simple CRM, Creator Application for technical Analysis, Sales IQ, and Zoho Analytics has helped Global Visa overcome their challenges and achieve significant improvements in their business operations.
