    Bassaer – Case Study

    Executive Summary

    They teaches the Quran  the holy book of Islam. They are responsible for imparting knowledge of the Quran's principles, and values to their students, helping them understand and apply the lessons of the Quran to their daily lives.  

    They are typically knowledgeable about Islamic history, law, and theology, and may hold advanced degrees or certifications in Islamic studies or related fields. Above all, a Quran teacher is committed to helping their students deepen their faith, connect with the divine, and lead fulfilling and meaningful lives according to the principles of Islam.

    The Challenge

    Bassaer faced issues with their internal workflows and student activity tracking . They also needed a better solution for managing their inventory and financial records.

    Implementation

    Based on the challenge, the implementation was, for the most part, pretty straightforward, to automate Bassaer systems.

    • Our team customization and automation in Zoho People for Bassaer. This helped them in keeping track of attendance records for students and commitments made during educational sessions. We also created a form for student points, disbursement, and maintenance. Our team provided training to the client to help them use the new system efficiently.
    • We implemented a digital solution for the client that included an approval workflow for processing student contributions and money collection. The system was integrated with the client's secretariat for secure money reception. 
    • We replaced their previous C Sharp Native Application with the new system, which made it easier for teachers to enter student activity. We also replaced their use of Excel with Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, which provided a more efficient solution for managing inventory and financial records.

    Overall, our team helped Bassaer overcome their technological limitations and provided them with an efficient digital solution for managing their employee and student workflows, inventory, and financial records.

    As a result of our work with Bassaer, they have experienced a significant improvement in their workflow efficiency and accuracy. They are now able to easily track attendance and contributions, and can quickly generate reports for student and employee data.

The integration of Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books has also provided them with a more comprehensive solution for managing their inventory and financial records.

They have seen an increase in student engagement and are able to keep track of student progress more easily, leading to better outcomes for their educational program.
