ATECH Automation Technology is an Egyptian-based company that specializes in providing automation solutions to various industries. The company has been in the business for ten years and has gained expertise in building automation systems, industrial automation, energy management, and IOT systems. ATECH Automation Technology is a Schneider system integrator and certified partner of Schneider Electric in various systems such as BMS, Power Management, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, KNX System, and MCC Panels.
The company also offers other services such as wireless and IOT, PLC and SCADA, pharma supplying, testing and commission, software validation, and maintenance.

Based on the challenge, the implementation was, for the most part, pretty straightforward, to automate Atech systems.
- Automate the sales cycle: Implement standard sales modules inside the system using the default system modules (Leads - Deals - Contacts - Accounts) with minimal customization efforts using workflows tasks and functions.
- Reduce sales process time: Automate manual and repeated processes or actions using workflows and macros to automate repetitive actions.
- Follow up the process of Quotations Request: Build a custom structure for the RFQ process by creating custom modules related to the Request of Quotation Process that will handle the full process of contracting with customers.
- Dashboard and accurate reports: Implement standard reporting with a collection of more than 60 built-in reports available to cover all business requirements.
- Lead Qualification: The Lead Qualification process involves three stages: Lead Generation, Lead Engagement, and Lead Qualification and Conversion. The methods involved in each stage are described in the Lead Qualification Table.
